UX Developer

Job Summary
  • Evaluate and collect all user requirements and collaborate with product engineers and managers.
  • To illustrate design concepts, use sitemaps, process flows, and storyboards.
  • Create graphic user interface elements such as tabs, widgets, and menus.
Job Qualifications

Design & UX Expertise: A minimum of 2 years in UX design, showcased through a rich portfolio. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop is vital.
Web Development Foundation: Solid understanding of front-end web development to bring your designs to life.
HubSpot Experience: At least a year navigating the HubSpot CMS as well as holding or being eager to obtain the HubSpot CMS for Developers Certification is a plus.
Tech Know-How: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript nuances, HubL, HubDB, Git, Terminal, and VS Code.
Clear Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially when explaining design decisions or interacting with clients.
Remote Team Player: Experience working in remote teams and fostering robust relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Organizational Flair: Mastery in handling multiple tasks and a deep-rooted respect for deadlines.
Innovative Drive: A penchant for transforming challenges into design solutions and then actualizing them.
Added Assets: Familiarity with API integrations, a touch of WordPress development, and prior agency experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Play a key role in a dynamic team, sculpting the evolution of a top-tier CMS platform.
  • Create intuitive UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes for web interfaces within the HubSpot CMS domain.
  • Transition from design mode to coder, implementing your designs with quality code.
  • Optimize for SEO, website performance, and accessibility in every design-development cycle.
  • Update and refine our internal design systems, codebases, and operational procedures.
  • Interface directly with clients to glean insights, ensuring the final product aligns perfectly with user needs.
  • Share your expertise and innovative solutions through various media – blogs, case studies, and more
Education and experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
  • Master’s degree is a plus
  • 1+ years of experience in software development
